End of year

Ok, so tomorrow is the end of the year. Can you believe it. I had all these things I was going to do, and some of them I did. Let's see how I did on this years New years resolutions:

1) Lose 30 lbs. I lost 32... Wooo Hooo
2) Finish/ start the quilt for my bed... well I got the material, does that count?
3) Repaint my kitchen..... Ummm didn't happen
4) get my math and Chemistry done so that I can start my RN.... Didn't happen either
5) get half way done on my book..... Well I have the idea on what I want to write
6) plant a herb garden..... I looked at a lot of herbs, didn't plant one
7) ride my horses..... Again, didn't happen, I did sell two though
8) learn more about blog layouts... I wrote in my blog

OK, so I have 1.5 out of 8 of my resolutions done. But that one was a big one. I really need to make better resolutions next year. so what did I do this year:

1) Lost 32 pounds!!! That was huge
2) Learned more about cameras, bought a new one, focused more on photography
3) switched fields at my company ( out of pediatrics and back into diabetic)
4)blogged
5)spent time with kids
6) made pajama bottoms
7) learned how to make bows
8) figured out how to save money and did, ( until Christmas time)

Not too bad, I'd say, not too bad at all.

So for the year run down

January) quit one job, started another
February) found out I hated peds, kids were great
March) started a photography class, did other peds, kids were great
April) talked to my boss about how much I hated peds, discussed switching to diabetic
May) worked every friggin weekend, was still into peds
June) Skylar broke her arm, discovered she needed glasses, switched to working graveyards in peds, enjoyed life a little more
July) FINALLY switched to diabetic, went to park city
August) still worked peds, Brandi came up, kids started school
September) started to work 12 days in a row, liked my job less, Started to lose weight
October) Halloween, lost more weight
November) Thanksgiving, lost even more weight, Started to get one day off a week, happiness returned
December) bought new camera, Christmas, enjoyed kids, thought about next years resolutions.

I think that will be my last post for this year, See you next year!

31 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and other random things

Yes, I have lost 31 lbs!!! I am excited, and am loving the fact I am down one jean size, and the best part is some of those jeans are starting to get too big!!! I am feeling pretty proud of myself!

So I order my camera. I know that everyone was sitting on edge to see if I would change my mind again or not but I didn't. I got a Nikon D90. I ordered the camera body, but the company threw in a lens for free. The lens is a 28 - 80mm and while it's not the best lens, it does take a good picture. It will do until I can get a better lens bought.

I have accomplished a couple of things today. Three pairs of pj bottoms, one for each kid. Two receiving blankets, one for my niece and one for my nephew, both due in March. One burp cloth and a load of laundry! Yup! I am doing well today. Let's not forget I also updated my blog.

I have finished Christmas shopping. I have not mailed anything off yet. Maybe tomorrow.

29 lbs and counting!!!!

In the beginning... of this year, ya I know but I couldn't resist, I told myself that I was going to lose 30 lbs. I figured that I had a whole year and I could so it. In January I started pediatrics and sat on my behind and ate. No weight loss. February, March, April, May, and June were the same. Sat on butt, ate, no weight loss, some weight gain. July I started to work home care in diabetic. Yay, lost a pound. August 1-30th no weight loss. August 31st, got mad. decided to lose weight and came up with a plan. Implemented plan. December 9th, 2010 29 lbs lost. Hurray!!! I still have 21 days to lose that final pound and fulfill my goal for weight loss for this year! Wish me luck!!!

What!!! It's Almost December!!!

Holy Cow! Tomorrow is December. I got looking onto my past entries a.k.a January and February and looking at my goals that I set for myself. I have done 1.98 of the goals that I set for myself. Seriously. I have enrolled and completed a digital photography class and lost 27 lbs. I am still trying to lose 30 lbs by the end of the year so wish me luck.

I haven't even started on a book, will do my math and chemistry next fall, only got the material for my quilt, and try to hit the gym at least once a month. I haven't even thought about my kitchen, but have considered a herb garden. But it has not been a wasted year.

I have learned how to crochet a hat, discovered I hate pediatrics,  sold two horses ( that was an experience), have gotten to see my goats have babies, learned to love my job, enjoyed my kids, started a savings account, though there isn't much in it, and have decided on what camera to get and most important... I HAVE LOST 27 POUNDS!!!!!

No this has not been a wasted year. I have ideas for my next new years resolution's. I am still going to do my quilt, paint my kitchen, start my book, lose even more weight, and a bunch of other things, but first let's see if I can make at least one more of my last years resolutions shall we!!!

Busy month

Whew! It has been a busy month. I have lost a total of 26 lbs, worked, driven in every snow storm we have had so far, worked. Oh did I mention that I have worked! I love my job.

I got to drive in the BLIZZARD of 2010. Talk about a white knuckled drive. However, I have driven in worse. However, if this storm is what the weather is going to be like all year, its going to be a long winter.

I have decided to get a canon 7d. I am extremely excited about this. I was thinking about a canon 50d but Ben pointed out that I would just want a different one in a year, which is true.

We are going to take a family vacation to Oregon next year. Finally a vacation.

And October is over

October was a long month. Really, REALLY long. But things are looking up.

I am already starting to think about Thanksgiving and that holiday that will not be mentioned until the day after. Again, I will be having Thanksgiving at my house, and I get that day off. However I do have to work the next holiday and I;m not too thrilled about that.

I have also started to take note of the random things that come out of my mouth when dealing with my kids. You know those things that after you say them you thing "omg did I just say that!" Yesterday was a prime example for that. The exact phrase was " Dani, not everything that's green is a pickle." There is a story behind that statement, but I think that I will keep it to myself. And just for the record, Dani is turning into a first class Smart ass! Tc got a new fin for his car and he was incredibly excited about it. Dani's response " Seriously, That's it?" I know, I do love that child.

My camera is a piece of crap, so if anyone has a Canon 7D they want to donate for my cause, I would appreciate it. If not, and most likely, I will be saving up for one. I have decided to upgrade to another canon. I already have three lenses and if I went Nikon, I would have to start all over.

Other than the kittens, there is no more news. We are all doing great! Trudging along in our lives causing mischief where we can. Yes it's good times!!!

Canon or Nikon? The jury is still out.

So I took my photography call and loved it. But when I started, my teacher had a love for Nikon and introduced us to the Nikon d90 which is a professional camera that will make you drool. He has since upgraded to a Nikon d300 which, is so nice I can't even afford it in my dreams. Anyways, he also told me that my Canon Rebel was a nice consumer type camera. WTH. I wasn't going for consumer type, I want a Professional camera. So I discussed this with Ben , OK I talked and he pretended to agree with me, because when I talk, I basically inform you of what I am going to do and you can disagree and fight me; but I am just going to do what I want anyways. It's who I am, let it go. I have decided to get a different camera, when I get all the money saved up. Now because I already know how much I have to save and how long this is going to take, I have narrowed it down to a couple of choice cameras. I was going to go with the Canon 50d but have since decided that I would end up wanting more, so it is a decision between the Canon 7d or the Nikon D7000.

Pros's for the Canon, I already have three lenses, it has a higher mega pixel, 18 vs 16.2, I already know the brand and love it. Pros for the Nikon, more stores around here sell Nikon products rather than Canon products. The D7000 is less expensive than the Canon.

Either way they should both be good cameras. Whats your opinion?

OK, What happened to September?

Can you believe it's October!!! What happened to September? I know it was there because it comes after August, right?
Well I have made some progress in some things. I have lost 15 lbs and counting. I am really excited because I am fitting into jeans that I haven't worn in two years. I am getting to the point that I will have to replace undergarments, AND THAT IS GOOD!!!!! It is nice to get on the scale and watch the numbers go down. I have been maintaining but slowly increasing my weight for the last two years, but to see the reverse of this is great. Only 79 more lbs to go. Good heck, that's a kid.

As you know my Cat had kittens. She had 4 but we lost one on Wednesday. That little guy was pure white. It was very sad because I don't like to see anything die. I know and I'm a nurse.

I completed my first successful hat. It looks great. I am going to start of some for my kids. They have all picked out colors in yarn that I already have. So it will be back to YouTube  to get more patterns. YAY.

I need a vacation!

Some days it seems like I work ALL THE TIME. I guess I do. I get four days off this month. Count them. 4. Nope I am not kidding. But considering that I like my job most of the time, I guess it works.

Last weekend, Ben and I took the kids out west. It was a fun trip, mostly. We tried to go hiking and all I heard was " I'm tired, I'm Bored, I want to go back to the van" , then when we go back to the van, they wanted to stay.

I got to work with a nursing student today. It was interesting. I remember when I was a student. The nursing field was so scary. It still is.

Jams, hats and weight loss

Now that the kids are in school, I have some spare time. I should be cleaning my house, but whats the fun in that. I made jam instead. I felt like I accomplished something. I bought peaches and strawberries and life was good. Oh and the jam turned out good too! It may even last until spring this time. Peaches and pears are in season so I may try canning them as well.
After seeing Diana's cute hat on her blog, I decided to make one of my own. After watching hours of video on how to crochet a hat, ( thank you YouTube), I am pretty sure I can make one with limited mistakes. All I need is a bigger crochet needle, so it will be off to Walmart for me!
I have also been looking at more quilting and scrub top patterns.
Now you are probably asking where I am getting all this extra energy. Well I have decided to lose weight, Again! My plan is this, I am allowed 2000 calories a day. I am not cutting out any foods, just restricting myself to 2000 calories. Oh and strength training at the gym. I am not up for competitive speed Yoga quite yet. I have switched to diet soda since doing this. It is hard to justify a 250 Pepsi when I only get 2000 calories of food!. I am writing down everything I eat which helps me realize where my calories are coming from and have been using a website I found www.livestrong.com/myplate. It is free and all it is doing is helping me count my calories. That and I can tell it how much I weigh and how much I want to lose each week and It tells me how many calories I can have each day. So far I have lost three pounds, and I started this last Monday. Wish me luck!

School has begun!!!!!!

So yesterday was the most wonderful day of the year. It was like Christmas and the present was that I actually had no kids and no babysitter to worry about. This was the first time this has happened in 10 years. I mean I have had no kids before, but I always had to get home early or hustle with what I was doing because of a babysitter, or preschool got out, etc. This time not so much.

The morning started out with me waking up at 0530. Don't ask me why, I just did, and it frustrated me. I was not a little sleepy, I was AWAKE. It was one full hour before my alarm was set to go off. Very irritating. However; I was in no hurry to actually get out of bed, so I laid there until my alarm actually went off, Yes I know, I am lazy, but this is my story so hush.
I went and got the girls up, then went to get Brady up. This was the conversation that followed:

Me: Brady it's time to get up
Brady: No
Me : Brady you get to go to school today
Brady: Pushes the blanket off of him "No"
Me: Brady get up you are going to school today
Brady: throws one leg over the side of the bed "NO"
He did get up and got dressed. Then he bounced all over the house with his sisters.

As is tradition, I took the kids to school and walked all of them to their classes. Brady was first. As I handed the teacher the box of Kleenexes I had brought to donate she looked at me like I just handed her a bag of snot and said" Yeah, Kleenexes". I should have brought her a bag of snot! I gave him a hug and kiss, Embarrassing him thoroughly. Dani was next and her teacher was a little me excited about the Kleenexes. Skylar was last.
As I got home I just stood there in the doorway realizing that my house was quiet and for the first time in ten years, I had no kids. It was a strange yet peaceful feeling!

The kids made it home good and informed me of all their adventures of school. Apparently Brady dug a hole for Judd to fall in so that he would break his arm. Judd was the one who crashed in Skylar the end of school last year and caused her to fall, breaking her arm. Brady does try to be a good brother.

Wonderful Day!

So my husband surprised by recommending that we go somewhere and having a picnic. It was delightful! But first we had to go to Kent's where everywhere decided to get chicken at the same time that we did. It was funny to watch the old man get upset at the blond because " she was buying all the chicken". We got something else. I convinced my stepson to go with us, which is rare. We went up to spring hollow up Logan canyon.

After we ate I of course brought out the camera and started to take some pictures. I thought I would get one of all three kids. Well the little ones are cute. As soon as I can figure out how to switch Mad Skylar with Happy Skylar I will!

School

I used to be confused to why my mother used to love this time of year. It was hot, dry, and Oh ya, school started. As a kid, school starting was a time of mixed feelings. We got to get new clothes, but we HAD to go back to school. I couldn't wait until I was " All Grown Up" so I didn't have to go back to school and I could work for a living. In reality, I love working, but I do miss summer vacations. As I had children I have figured out why my mother loved this time of year. After one VERY,VERY long summer of my kids whining, crying , fighting and trying to be their entertainment committee, my children are finally going back to school. All of them. Yes my baby is going to ALL DAY KINDERGARTEN!!!!! This is just like Christmas. I have finished all the school shopping, I am now just waiting the 9 days for them to finally go back!!!

LOLOLOL

OK, I rarely talk about work, but I have to share this. After leaving a patients room today I happened to share an elevator with a very nice gentleman. I turned to him and said " How are you doing today?" He misheard me. He looked at me and said " Susie." After a shocked pause I said " Pardon me" to which he replied " Susie. She's the only one who will do it." I actually managed to keep a strait face and told the gentleman to have a great day. As I locked myself into my car I lost it. I am sure he had a great day!

Park City

It is that wonderful time of year when my Grandparents get the week at the time share. They chose Park City again this year,  although grandma did say something about a possibility for Jackson next year. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I love going to Park City because I love the drive. No, I don't go to Salt lake then to Park City. I take the long way. Past Coalville on east I-80.
On Monday we went swimming. We as in I took the kids and went into the water while Ben Stayed dry and took pictures. It was three hours of catching kids while the jumped off the edge of the pool. I loved every minute of it. Through it all the kids kept finding random things and putting them on, like the goggles above. It was amazing. Towards the end a thunder storm rolled in. Since I have read that article that I found on Yahoo about lighting storms and safety, I instantly pulled the kids out when I heard the first peels of thunder. However; there were many other people who didn't want to leave the pool and even after the hotel manager forced them to leave, still moaned and whined about how they should have to leave.

It was a fun day and I can't imagine a better way to waste a day!

Baby Goats and a new washer

OK so most people know that our last baby goat died. It was sad and very discouraging. We still had two pregnant nannies and were very stressed due to the fact that I didn't want to lose any more babies. So we gave the nannies the pneumonia vaccine and placed them in my back yard to isolate them from the other nannies. The two pregnant nannies did not appreciate our efforts but we really didn't care. So last weekend we went on a wonderful sporadic camping trip in which the kids were good and everyone had a great time. I got some killer pictures that may be posted later.
When we got home our youngest nanny had given birth to twins, like 1/2 hr before we got there. Rude! But the babies were cute and mom looked good. We were of course very cautious about these babies. By Tuesday they were looking great.
Tuesday night our other nanny decided it was her time to go into labor, and she waited until Ben got home to do so. Very helpful. Ben, the kids and I got to watch her baby get born. It was awesome. There was one point that Ben thought that the baby was breach and spring loaded out of his chair to go and help. It wasn't breach but nurse Ben was already in the pen so he stayed there.
So now I have three very healthy doeling goats and two happy nannies. We even dare to name the goats which we did. Alfie, Belle and Chloe. Yes we are going down the alphabet for names.
Which leads me to my other story.
Last month our washer decided not to spin anymore. We had to get a new washer. After careful consideration we meandered down to Home Depot to get a new washer. Since I chose the last washer and it was a piece of crap, I decided to let Ben choose. He was set on a top loader. Well we got our washer, brought it home, and low and behold this thing could not clean clothes. Period. In fact the clothes we put in normally ended up with a heavy ring of lint. The washer went back. The next time I chose. I got a Maytag front loader that blessedly cleans cloths and is big enough for a king sized quilt. I am in heaven.

MOM I cant fly yet!!!

Brady: Mom, I'm so mad. I still can't fly yet. Me: Sorry kiddo. People can't fly. Just not in our many abilities. Brady: I know, that's why I tried to turn myself into a dinosaur bird. But I just turned back into a Brady. Me: Trying really hard not to laugh.

That was the start to my morning. Poor kid was so upset that he can't fly. Some moments I miss being young. The moments are fleeting but there all the same. I remember when all things were still magical, when you hope that maybe someday you can fly. But then you grow up and have children. That is a magical time. I wouldn't trade them for the world. Even when they wake you up at three in the morning, saying that there is a monster in the kitchen eating chips. Damn Monster... those were my chips!!!

Panic

We lost our baby goat on Wednesday, which was extremely depressing. But it also put us in panic mode because we still have two goats that are pregnant and we really don't want to lose any more babies. That lead to hours on the Internet trying to find out why baby died in the first place. From the signs and symptoms we think she got a type of pneumonia. She most likely got it late Tuesday night and by the time we got to her it was too late. So one of the web sites I found talked about a vaccine that you can give to the pregnant mama's that will give the babies a passive immunity to pneumonia, at least certain kinds, and it is something that IFA carries. Most likely because that you can also use it for cows. If you know the area where I live, goats are not the main livestock and a lot of stores barely carry anything for them. So we will try and see if this works. Hopefully we can save the rest of the babies. The articles also state that summertime babies can be as bad as wintertime babies due to the temperature changes. So next time we breed, we are going to aim for April.

Goaties

We have goats. I have enjoyed our goats. When we bought our first two goats, we decided to rent a billy and get some babies. There is NOTHING!!!!! cuter than a baby goat. And yes you can rent billy goats. About three weeks after we rented Gimly, that was the billy's name, we bought three more nanny goats at auction. After a couple of days we decided to separate all of the goats as the new ones were underfed and malnourished. We also didn't want them getting pregnant in their weakened conditioned. After a month we gave Gimly back and enjoyed our goats. We figured that the first two nannies we bought were pregnant. We didn't count on a bonus third being pregnant. But after two months we dicided that she was also pregnant, as her milk bag started to grow. We figured that if Gimly got her, she would be due in August. Nope, apparently she was pregnant when we bought her. Monday morning she gave birth to a healthy baby doe. We are so excited, as she is so cute. The horses were even excited. Today my white mare even got babysitting duties. Dont ask me how they figured that one out.

My Life: What a week...and it is only Thursday

My Life: What a week...and it is only Thursday

What a week...and it is only Thursday

Skylar had been complaining that her vision was getting blurry far away, so I called the eye doctor and made her an appointment for Tuesday. While at the appointment we discussed health problems and I jokingly mentioned her breaking her arm two years ago and said that the klutz gene runs strong in our family. I should have kept my mouth shut. The appointment ended and it was determined that Skylar needed glasses because she is near sighted.
I got to work a 12 hour shift on Wednesday. 8am to 8 pm. At 8:26 in the morning I got a call from the school saying that Skylar fell and hurt her arm and that I needed to get her to the doctor. Lucky for me Ben was home because I couldn't leave work. As it turns out some kid was running to catch the ball and ran into Skylar, knocking her down. Skylar told me later that she heard a snap and then it hurt. She fractured her arm right through the growth plate.
So after visiting the orthopedic surgeon, it was determined that Sky didn't need surgery, and is now in a blue cast from her shoulder to her fingers. Oh and her glasses came in today. I hope this week ends soon!

Yes... I do believe in aliens and No... I have not ever been abducted by them

I am about to start working some graveyards so last night I decided to stay up late in preparation for them. So I decided to watch a movie, The Fourth Kind. It is the movie that they claim is based on actual events, and scary as hell. Not the best option to watch before you go to bed. I had mess up dreams all night long, and since Ben was a sweetheart and stayed up with me, he had weird dreams as well.
The movie reminds me of a unexplained sighting I had back in 2002. Me, Ben and the kids were laying on the Trampoline watching the meteor shower when we saw a pure black triangle glide over us. It didn't make a sound, was a perfect triangle shape and was about 10 feet across. It was just above the tree line. It was very strange. So yes, I do believe in aliens, ghosts, and bigfoot. Werewolves and vampires, well I think I would need more proof.

Clear creek

We took the kids to Clear Creek today. For those of you who have no idea where that is, it is a secret location that is totally awesome. Great for fishing, camping, rock hunting and it even has the occasional hiking trail. But I can't tell you where it is at, Ben would be very unhappy with me.

I took loads of pictures, we gathered tons of rocks, and we had a picnic. But I will tell you what, as much as I love my children, they can totally drain the energy out of you.  The little redhead is my niece Aubrey.

On the way home Dani did nothing but whine. Lucky for me, they all decided to nap on the way home.

More art

My latest attempt at art. This was my accidental picture. I loved how it turned out. The focus is completely on the flowers. I am really enjoying this class. Not only am I learning about my camera, but I am also getting the eye for pictures.
Mothers day turned out great except for Brady trying to sick at 4am. but I guess it could be worse. Ben bought me orange muffins ( my most favorite), and then we went to the home depot where he said that he wanted flowers but it was me who insisted on getting them. I found a red lily ( my most favorite flower)!!!

Ben's bundle of Quail

So way back in March, we hatched some chickens. It was a ton of fun and a enjoyable experience. So Ben said to me " let's get some quail eggs. It will be fun." or he said something similar, but in any case, it was not my idea. Let that be known. But who am I to squash a man's dreams. and being the GREAT!!! wife that I am I agreed. So we order the eggs. They were about the size of a nickel. Now Ben decided what eggs we were going to order, as I said, this was his project. Ben decided on button quail because they were going to be so much fun. After we order the eggs, Ben finally decides to do research on the quail. He got the wrong ones. Button quail are for use in outdoor aviaries and can not be let out to be free in the wild. Guess where that leaves me.... Yup, I have a 75 gallon fish tank with a mesh lid full of button quail in my living room. But I have to admit they are awesome.

Photography class

I have got to tell you all I am loving this class! I think that my pictures are turning out better and I understand what I did wrong when I looking at the pictures I dont like or didn't turn out and the best part is I know how to fix it! I still have a ton to learn but the class isnt over yet. Ben was getting a kick out of me going " to much sun, focused behind, too blurry". But I have a blast taking these pictures. Brady would not smile for me but when Ben put him up on Cheyanne ( the mare pictured) I got a huge grin.

I got onto ebay the other day and found me syringe pens. They are pens the shape of syringes. I love them. I was so excited that I bought like 10. They write good and even TC was jealous. I know, its the small things in life.

What is Art?

I an taking a digital photography class and loving it. The model of the week was some roses. Thery were very pretty and orange. The best part was that I got some great pictures out of them. This one happens to be my favorite. Then I started to think about the art class that I took at USU.  Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The instructer went on and on about a piece of canvas painted blue. To me they are lazy painters not wanting to do anything but still get credit,  not art. When I seen this picture I feel a sense of pride because I took this photo. It is not the best, nor will it win any awards, but hey, if a blue painted canvas is considered art, why not this.

Not very energitic

Ok ,so I set some goals and well to be frank I don't think that I managed to do any of them. I have got to increase my energy level. I guess that I have been busy to the point that i have just forgotten to do them. We have gotton goats. That has been fun. They have been time consuming. But goats and horses both give off a good vibe and make you happy when they are not trying to chew holes in your pants. I am cutting the strips on skylars quilt today. I think that is the worst part of quilting is the cutting. But it must be done. So instead of posting goals for the next week I am going to make some goals for the next two weeks.
  1. Go to the gym at least twice this week
  2. Start on Skylar's quilt
  3. Enroll in the digital photography class
  4. Decide what seeds that I want in my herb garden and order then
  5. Pray for spring
I am really looking forward to the digital photography class. I would love to get better pictures out of my camera. But I also think that I have been needing to learn something new and the classes at the batc work great for that.

Week of stress

What a week! I mean really! I have had dog problems, kid problems, gym problems, ect. For starters, I have only been able to hit the gym once this week. Very frustrating. My dog is being a brat and it has gotton to the point that we have to get rid of her. My kids aren't that upset about this fact either. My computer is having issues. I am just gettng frustrated. Well I am going to set some goals for next week so I can at least have something to work towards. Maybe that will help ease my frustration. Goals:

1) look into taking a computer class
2) hit the gym at least three times next week
3) start on Skylar's quilt
4) Think more positive
5) Focus!!!

I have decided that instead of increasing reps at the gym, I am going to do more weight. Maybe that will help. I just really want to have a good week next week. Ok, so I will think positive thoughts all next week.

Start of a new year

Ok, so it has been around 6 months since I have updated my blog. I have not strangled my husband, I did fire my babysitter and my kids have been happier with my new one. I again get to start a new job, old one was great until they started to cut patients. Yes it was time to get a new job. I am trying to lse weight and decided to do weekly updates on my progress. I also have a big list of thing that I would like to do this year.

1) Lose 30 lbs. I would really like to lose 50 but I have got to be realistic.
2) Finish/ start the quilt for my bed
3) Repaint my kitchen
4) get my math and Chemistry done so that I can start my RN
5) get half way done on my book
6) plant a herb garden
7) ride my horses
8) learn more about blog layouts

Other things may be added to the list as the year goes by.
I have stopped drinking soda pop again. It has been three days and I am dragging butt bad. I will survive this I am sure. Well thats about it. I will update again soon.
